I’m telling you, this motor is seriously strong. It pulls really good and runs super smooth, no question, it’s exactly what I was hoping for.

Overall, my experience was good. The rack fit just fine right out of the box, and the basket only needed a small adjustment to sit the way I wanted. Nothing major, and it all feels solid once installed, so I’d say it’s a dependable setup.

The warranty process took a while, which was kind of frustrating, but they did end up helping me in the end. I don’t know, it wasn’t amazing or anything, but I’m glad it got handled.

I’m completely convinced this seat is just too hard for longer rides. It feels okay for a short trip, but after a while my back starts hurting for sure. No question about it, I wouldn’t call it comfortable if you’re planning to ride for more than a quick spin

I ended up having to return my Velotric bike because the size just wasn’t working for me, which was already kind of a bummer because nobody wants to deal with boxing up a bike. Support got back to me quickly and sent the return steps, but of course I had to follow up again about the label because it wasn’t super clear at first.
Once they got the bike back, the refund came through in about a week. Was the whole thing perfectly smooth? Not really. But at least they handled it fairly in the end, and I wasn’t left chasing my money forever, so I’ll give them that.

I’ve had my Velotric bike for a little over a year now, it’s been one of those purchases I’m still glad I made. I ride it to work a few days a week, and I also take it out on random weekend rides when I just need to get out of the house.

The battery is still holding up really well, the brakes feel solid, and nothing has started rattling or feeling loose. My brother has an e-bike from another brand, and he’s already had a couple annoying issues, so that’s made me appreciate this one even more.

So far I’ve only had to do the usual tire and chain maintenance, nothing major at all. I expected it to show more wear by now, but it’s still running great and I’m happy with how dependable it’s been.

The bike is okay overall, but it feels like it used to be better. The handling is a bit heavier than I expected, especially when making tighter turns. It feels stable enough on smooth roads, but once you hit bumps, it doesn’t feel quite as solid. It’s not a bad bike, just feels a little less polished than I was hoping for.

I’m a bit confused because the battery drains way faster than I expected. Am I missing something here, or is the range just not that great? It’s been a big letdown for me so far.

I needed a couple of replacement parts for my Velotric, and I was kind of expecting it to turn into one of those annoying searches where you have ten tabs open and still aren’t sure what fits. But the parts page was actually straightforward, and I found what I needed without overthinking it. Matching the parts to my bike was easier than I thought too, which was a relief.
Shipping was fine, nothing crazy fast but no problems either. i’m just glad I didn’t have to dig all over the internet or guess if some random part would work. It’s nice knowing the parts are available when something comes up

The bike itself seems totally fine, which is a relief, but the app keeps dropping the connection and it’s frustrating. I keep wondering if I’m doing something wrong, but it happens often enough that I really think it’s the app. I just wish it felt more reliable, because I want to trust it when I’m using the bike.

The bike showed up in better shape than I was expecting. The box had a couple little scuffs on it, but once I opened it up, I could tell it had been packed with real care. Nothing was scratched, bent, or missing, and all the parts were there. I took it out and gave everything a look over, and it was clean and ready to go. It’s a small thing, but when you’re excited for something like a new bike, having it arrive safely makes the whole experience feel even better. Happy with it.
